If you’ve followed along with our previous postures you’ll have noticed we always mention that a posture is best tried after warming up– then point to the sun salutations(surya namaskar A + B) as a great way to do that.

This is all well and good, unless you have absolutely no idea what a sun salutation is in the first place.
